Book Reviews

My grandchildren love this book. My older grandchild understands the play on words, while the younger one just loves the story. Highly recommended!

My children loved reading Terror In Guacamoleville to their toddler sister. Words from a 15 year old female "it makes me feel chipper too!" and my 10 year old said "this a really cool book I love the bacon bench!" It was great to see my children sit and smile together. (Michelle M., Amazon)

What an adorable book. What child doesn’t want to have a dog that they want to call their best friend? The story is something your young readers can read and comprehend. The illustrations are eye catching, colorful and child friendly. Chug the pug will bring joy to all that read his story. Keep up the good work Dr. Palladino you are bringing smiles to all that read your books. (MAP)

I purchased several copies of this book for young children (ages 2 - 8). They all loved the story, as well as, the illustrations! It is an easy flowing book for young readers and adults to read aloud to younger children that focuses on friendship, patience (having to wait to get his pug) and rhyming. The illustrations throughout this book are colorful, clear and simply drawn for child comprehension. Yet ….. giving children a complete vision of locations familiar to them (home, yard, in car). Two major themes of this book are about our relationships with our pets and that wishes can come true. This book is a complete work of literary art!!!!! And it is one that all young children should have the chance to own. Great work, Dr. Palladino!!!! (Amazon Customer)
